TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE

These Terms & Conditions of Sale govern the sale of products made on the website www.purplewear.store, operated by PURPLE.

Any order placed on the website implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions by the customer.

1. SELLER IDENTIFICATION

2. PRODUCTS

The products offered for sale are clothing items, including t-shirts, hoodies, and other textile products.

The essential characteristics of each product are presented on the corresponding product page.
Product photos are non-contractual and may show slight color variations depending on screen display.

Products are offered while stocks last.

3. PRICES

Prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included.

In accordance with the auto-entrepreneur tax regime, VAT is not applicable – Article 293B of the French General Tax Code.

Shipping costs are indicated at checkout and are added to the product price.

PURPLE. reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, without affecting orders already confirmed.

4. ORDERS

An order is confirmed once full payment has been received.

A confirmation email is automatically sent to the customer after the order is validated.

PURPLE. reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of an existing dispute with the customer or a payment incident.

5. PAYMENT

Accepted payment methods include:

  • Credit / Debit Card

  • Apple Pay

  • Google Pay

Payments are secured via Shopify’s integrated payment platform.

6. DELIVERY

Deliveries are made in France via:

  • Mondial Relay (3 to 5 business days)

  • Colissimo home delivery (2 to 3 business days)

Delivery times are provided for information purposes only and may vary depending on the carrier.

If a package is not collected from a pickup point, it will be returned to PURPLE.
The customer may request a refund, from which return and shipping costs will be deducted.

In the event of an address error provided by the customer, PURPLE. cannot be held responsible.

7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with the law, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise the right of withdrawal.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer when:

  • the size does not fit

  • the product does not meet expectations

Returned products must be:

  • unworn

  • unwashed

  • unstained

  • free of odors

  • undamaged

  • with original tags attached

  • in their original packaging

Any product not meeting these conditions may be refused.

8. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

In the event of a defective or non-conforming product, return shipping costs are covered by PURPLE.

The customer must provide photos of the defect within 48 hours of receiving the package.

Depending on the situation, PURPLE. will proceed with an exchange or a refund.

9. EXCHANGES

Exchanges are accepted only in the case of a defective product.

No size exchanges are offered.
The customer must return the product and place a new order.

10. REFUNDS

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within a maximum of 14 days after receipt and inspection of the returned item.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

11. LIABILITY

PURPLE. cannot be held liable for delays or failures resulting from circumstances beyond its control, including force majeure or carrier malfunctions.

12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All elements of the PURPLE. website (texts, visuals, logo, designs, products) are protected by intellectual property laws.

Any reproduction or use without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

13. APPLICABLE LAW

These Terms & Conditions are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
